Customer Service
There are two options for
customers who wish to order on-line. And additional options for customers who
wish to analyze/manage their purchases and budgets using our Corporate Account Manager. Please read below for details on each option.
Option I:
Customer Service
Remote  (Recommended)
All customers can order
on-line by downloading our Customer Service program. This feature rich
application allows you to order and research products, check shipping status, view
pending and invoice history, and much more! This program provides you with many more
options and features than our web based order entry (option III). For more

To download the
Customer Service install program...
Click here to download CustInstall.exe
Click on
'Save'
Use the  button to create a new
folder called 'STEP1 Demo' on your desktop for convenient access,
or browse to the folder of your choice. (The folder you choose will
be the location you will always run
Customer Service from, so remember where you save it.)
When downloading completes open the folder that you saved Custinstall.exe in and
run it by double clicking
Remain connected to the internet and click on 'Test Internet Connection'
If you test was successful click on 'Install Customer Service Module'
If 'Test Internet
Connection' fails call STEP1 Software Support at (800)553-2602 and provide them
with
the company code above.
When prompted to Enter Your Company Code type in 'DEMO' and then click 'OK' to
continue and download the
Customer Service program.
When downloading
completes open the folder you choose above and double click on 'Cust' or 'Cust.exe'
Enter your username (your account number) and your password. Call us at
800/553-2602 if you need a password or you
can email us.
You can also test drive this program by using the following...username = 1234,
password = 1234.
Note that no orders will ship when using this demo account.

Option II:
Corporate Account Manager
Our Corporate Management Program allows
you to set budgets by product/branch/location, analyze purchase history by
branch or division and much more! They are
easy to use and available to all customers. Your account number and a
password are required.
