A fast acting, very high foaming, concentrated blend of mild phosphoric and organic acids with powerful penetrating detergents. Specially formulated to de-scale, de-lime and de-stain stainless steel equipment in food and beverage plants. Excellent for removing milkstone, protein and mineral deposits from milk, cheese and candy processing equipment. Also very effective for removing protein matter from stainless steel, hard water scale from dishwashers, and urine scale from animal cages. Provides very high foaming and excellent wetting when used for cold to very hot foam cleaning of all types of equipment that can safely be cleaned with acids. Not for use on soft metals like aluminum, tin, zinc, or galvanized steel.
