A heavy duty, high alkaline, liquid detergent used for cleaning all surfaces in food processing plants. Excellent for CIP cleaning, spray cleaning, and foam cleaning of tanks, pipes, processing machinery, floors and walls. For use in meat, milk, poultry, breweries, food processing, canneries, and similar plants where organic soils must be removed. Not for use on soft metals. Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.
